management and operations of Baker Engineering group. Mr Tan began
his career in Keppel FELS as a GraduateManagement Trainee (Electrical
Superintendent) in1995.He joinedPPLShipyardPteLtd (“PPLShipyard”)
in1998as aProjectEngineer andwaspromoted toProjectManager in2005.
During his 10 years in PPLShipyard, he was involved in all aspects of rig
constructionandwasProjectManagerof5high specification jackupdrilling
rigprojects.Prior to joining theGroup,hewas theGeneralManagerofaprivate
Chinese shipyard andwas responsible for setting up amarine and offshore
division. He later established an engineering and marketing subsidiary in
Singapore andwas theManagingDirector of theSingapore entity.

NanyangTechnologicalUniversitySingapore.

MrMcIntyre joined theGroup inDecember 2013 as theManagingDirector
ofBT Investment Pte. Ltd. (“BT Investment”) and is responsible for overall
management and operations of BT Investment. Prior to joining the Group
and since 2006, Mr McIntyre was Executive Director at Southern Capital
Group, an independent private equity firm focused on middle-market
Buyout investments inSouthEastAsia. Prior toSouthernCapital, hewas at
AffinityEquity Partners (formerlyUBSCapitalAsia Private Equity) then a
large-cap private equity firm principally involved inBuyout investments in
the broaderAsiaPacific region.
Mr McIntyre holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University
of Toronto and a MBA from University of Chicago, Graduate School of
Business.
